Vinification
The previously selected grapes, destemmed and slightly crushed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration, at low temperatures, for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats for 9 days at a controlled temperature of 24 °C.
Tasting Notes
Ruby in colour, this wine is elegant and balanced, with soft tannins, notes of red fruit, including blackcurrant and raspberry, and a minerality of its own. The finish is long and persistent.
