Tasting Notes
Greenish Citrus colour, with aromas of tropical fruits where passion fruit and cut grass predominate. In the mouth it presents an exuberance, freshness and acidity in a long and fruity finish.
Vinification
Very selective manual harvest, in 20kg boxes, was vinified at a controlled temperature between 12 – 14°C by the traditional open spout method.
