Vinification
Total destemming, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with native yeasts, making pump-overs. The maceration lasts 25 days and the malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel vats. The wine ages for 4 months in barrels, being cold stabilized and filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Aromatic nose with dark cherry and blueberry aroma, combined with floral notes. In the mouth, lovely and round fruit, full of freshness and long finish.
