Vinification
After a sorting in the winery, the grapes are partially destemmed by hand. Fermentation takes place in traditional open vats and soft remontares ensure a careful extraction of the fine aromas. Aged in small French oak barrels and bottling takes place without any filtration.
Tasting Notes
A still young Pinot with aromas of red fruits, subtle toast and hints of spices.
