Viticulture
The vineyards located at Quinta do Porto Nogueira are conducted in Organic Production Mode. In soil maintenance, special attention is paid to combating erosion and increasing the organic matter content. We privilege the non-tillage of the soil and the application of manure of natural origin.
Tasting Notes
Citrus-coloured wine, bright appearance, aromas of stone fruits and some notes of gunpowder. Mouth with excellent freshness and balance, good volume, very elegant crackling acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste.
Vinification
Rigorous selection and selection of bunches and berries carried out on 100% of the grapes. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 15oC in stainless steel vats. Partial fermentation in Seguin Moreau French oak barrels, followed by ageing for 6 months.
