Vinification
The grapes were vinified in 5 and 10 ton stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and scheduled reassembly.
Aging
After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 Lts French oak barrels where they remain for about 16 months.
Tasting Notes
Wine with a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak wood, ripe red fruits and violet. In the mouth very balanced, a lot of concentration of red fruit, with ripe and round tannins and a long and fresh finish.
