Tasting Notes
Crystalline appearance and salmon colour. Aromas of cherry blossoms, green apple and lime, wrapped in vanilla notes. Enveloping, silky, very fresh and with a persistent finish. Recommended temperature for tasting: 9 – 10 ºC. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany salads, sushi dishes and grilled fish.
Vineyards
Installed in the middle of the forest, this vineyard grows in harmony with nature. Respecting the ecological balance, we are able to minimize human intervention and the use of unnatural elements.
This is a wine that expresses to the fullest the terroir from which they come and what nature offers us for free.
Vinification
Made from the best grapes from old vines of the Touriga Nacional and Merlot grape varieties, it fermented and aged with batonage for 3 months in barrels with 5 years of French oak.
