Tasting Notes
Clear appearance, deep violet colour. The aroma denotes a good concentration of ripe fruit with a hint of wild fruits. Rich and voluminous with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. Ideal to accompany red meats, cheeses and sausages. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18⁰C.
Vinification
Manual harvest, selected for 15 kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Subsequent stage in stainless steel vats until bottling.
