Tasting Notes
Clear appearance, intense ruby colour. Fine, young, fruity aroma with a predominance of wild fruits. Structured and dense, deeply balanced, ending up alive thanks to its freshness. This wine should preferably be consumed while young. It should be served at a temperature of 14 – 18 ºC (we suggest the evolution of the temperature to enjoy different sensations). Ideal to accompany meats, cheeses and sausages.
Vinification
Manual harvest, selected for 15 kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Subsequent stage in stainless steel vats until bottling.
