Tasting Notes
Clear appearance, garnet colour, it is a soft wine, with body, elegance and good structure. Although it can be drunk, it already has good potential for aging.
Suitable for strong red meat dishes, sausages and typical dishes of Portuguese cuisine, such as Sarrabulho, Lamprey, Cabidela or even some Codfish dishes.
Vinification
It fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
