Vinification
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, using indigenous yeasts, for a period of 2 to 3 weeks, at controlled temperatures between 16°C and 18°C.
Aging
3 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Presenting a straw hue of moderate intensity, this wine reveals an assertive aroma of white-fleshed fruits, with delicate nuances of flowers, sage and rosemary that outline the essence. Its profile strongly reflects the Mediterranean influence. On the palate, the experience is light and invigorating, maintaining a remarkable persistence and refreshing acidity , culminating with the presence of flowers at the end of the palate.
