Vinification
Grapes exclusively from old vines with foot treading in traditional granite lagares. Aging for 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% used barrels. Produced in years of exceptional quality and in limited quantities.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a deep color, in the aroma presence of well-integrated and high quality wood and red fruits. In the mouth it is voluminous with elegant tannin in smooth. Ideal with well-structured regional dishes, fatty meat and fish, and intense cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.
