The Rozès White Reserve is the result of a careful selection of the best batches of white wines aged in traditional oak casks, for an average of 8 years.
Tasting Notes
Old golden tone. Complex aromas of vanilla, with some notes of jam and spices. In the mouth, it reveals good size, highlighting notes of dried fruits (hazelnuts) and candied fruit (orange). A delicate wine with a long, velvety aftertaste. An ideal wine to accompany roasted almonds, game meat, and almond or hazelnut-based desserts, egg jams, puddings, and nut ice creams
Vinification
Skin maceration with fermentation interruption through the addition of wine spirit at 77% Vol. Ageing and ageing in wood, which in the final blend should correspond to an average age of 7 to 8 years, where the wine should show all the complexity and concentration of the ageing time in wood.
