The 2009 harvest took place with moderate heat and relative humidity, allowing slow and balanced maturation, followed by ageing in French oak casks, thus giving rise to this high quality wine.
Tasting Notes
Blonde brown color, with reddish reflections. Perfect union between aromas of well-behaved ripe fruit and notes of evolution and ageing, namely of dried fruits and vanilla. It has a liqueur side and very velvety canines, with good acidity, still full of youth, with a promising future. Perfect combination with crème brûlée, nuts and almond tart.
Vinification
Skin maceration in lagares with fermentation interruption through the addition of wine brandy. Ageing and ageing in wood (barrels, casks and vats) until the date of bottling (at least from the 7th year, from harvest).
