Tasting Notes
Clear, beautiful salmon colour, with delicate floral and red fruit aromas. In the mouth, it is dry, with good acidity and freshness. Long and vibrant finish.
Vineyards
Planted in clay-limestone soils on a slight slope exposed to the south, with the lines oriented north-south. Exploited in a sustainable way under the Integrated Production program – PRODI.
Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand during the night and morning into small boxes. Alcoholic fermentation conducted slowly with controlled temperature.
