Bodegas Montealto was born in 1994, when they began to select vineyards to produce high quality wines. Their perfectionist spirit has led them to continue to innovate and experiment, from the terroir. Convinced that a quality wine is born in the vineyard, they are committed to quality viticulture, respectful of the environment, equipped with the most modern oenological technology, where innovation and tradition come together for the sake of quality.
Vinification
Made using a traditional system with destemmed grapes, previously selected at a sorting table. Malolactic fermentation. It spends a few months in the bottle before being released on the market.
Aging
14 months in French and American oak barrels, plus 12 months of bottle fine-tuning.
Tasting Notes
With a cherry red hue, this wine exhibits a crisp and radiant appearance. On the nose, its elegant aromas of ripe fruit are harmoniously balanced with tertiary notes. On the palate, the sensation is full-bodied and rounded, while the fruit flavors blend with soft and pleasant tannins, guiding us to a fruity and long-lasting finish.
