Tasting Notes
It has a citrus yellow color, with a delicate aroma of white stone fruits, complemented by mineral notes and a subtle toast. In the mouth it is rich and unctuous, with a striking final freshness that gives it balance and elegance.
Vinification
Manual harvesting, pressing of whole bunches and cold static decanting. Racking to French oak barrels, where it ferments.
Aging
Fermented in new 400L French oak barrels; Aging under total lees for 10 months.
