Tasting Notes
Ruby in colour, this wine has an intense aroma of rockrose, fresh red fruit and spices. It is fresh and elegant in the mouth, with intense and very balanced fruit. The finish is elegant and long.
Vinification
Manual harvesting for 18kg boxes, total destemming with cold pre-fermentative maceration for three days. Followed by fermentation in a stainless steel mill at controlled temperature for 10 days. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 days. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
