Tasting Notes
White wine with 20 years of great robustness, personality and complexity for a wine of this age.
Wine with a golden color, bright and attractive, rich and intense aroma showing a great aromatic evolution of its tertiary aromas, good spicy notes, quince, almonds and candied orange in a set of great complexity; A lively acidity on the palate, a wine that maintains volume, unctuousness and aromatic richness leading to a good finish of great persistence.
Vinification
Manual harvesting for 18kg boxes, total destemming, light pressing followed by static cold decanting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Ageing on fine lees for 4 months.
