Vinification
The grapes were picked by hand and taken to our winery. A minimalist approach in the winery where destemming and crushing was carried out, followed by direct pressing of the grapes, with cold decanting. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC
Aging
6 months on stainless steel, on fine lees
Tasting Notes
It has a pale red color. In the aroma, floral and red fruit notes stand out, with an emphasis on strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth, it is dry, with natural acidity very present, which gives it good intensity and balances the alcohol volume. The delicate flavor of the red fruit is maintained, highlighting notes of raspberry and blackcurrant. It is ready to be enjoyed.
