Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand directly into 20 kg boxes, then fully destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 27oC. Maceration is post-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats.
Aging
12 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, characterised by an intense aroma of wild fruits, harmoniously combined with floral notes. Dense and harmonious body. Long and powerful finish.
Ideally serve between 10ºC and 13ºC. It pairs well with beef, chicken and pork.
