Tasting Notes
Bright and deep green citrine color. With floral notes, orange and exotic fruits, revealing its noble mineral character all the freshness and intensity. On the palate, it is soft with a lively and persistent acidity . It pairs well with cod, citrus shrimp salad or seafood on the grill, Asian food.
