Vinification
The grapes harvested by hand and transported in small 18kg boxes are sorted, destemmed and gently crushed. They are then fermented in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control where, with gentle pumping overs, all the elegance and aromatic complexity of the grape varieties selected for the blend are preserved.
Aging
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel vats and in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Good color, intense, dark. Very clean nose, blackberries, plums with some vanilla. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and light with an elegant aftertaste, making it easy to drink.
