Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery of the Quinta itself. The grape varieties, mixed in a granite press, fermented for seven days, with foot treading.
Aging
18 months stainless steel
Tasting Notes
It has a ruby-red color. In the aroma, notes of forest fruits stand out, with emphasis on red blackberry and blackcurrant, combined with red fruits and a subtle touch of cedar leaf, which adds complexity and intensity. In the mouth, red fruit flavors, such as blueberry and raspberry, are revealed, accompanied by light nuances of spices. The tannins are smooth and well integrated, while the natural, persistent acidity gives a long and elegant aftertaste. It is ready to be enjoyed, but has potential for aging.
