Vinification
The blend of these wines is the result of a mixture of two types of winemaking, lagares and stainless steel vats, all with temperature control. The wines fermented in lagares are finished in 225 liter French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Notes
Wine with a deep ruby color, intense aroma of ripe red fruits with nuances of black plum. In the mouth it presents itself with solid and well-present tannins, with an elegant and deep finish. It goes well with typical Douro dishes. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC – 18ºC.
