Vinification
Vinification in lagares and foot treading, in 2017 its production was around 3500 Kg/ha. This wine aged in second and third year French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby coloured wine, deep full, ripe red fruit, very light and integrated wood. Round mouth, fresh but polished tannins, enough wood, touch of blackberry, long and persistent. It accompanies “strong” meat dishes and regional smoked meats, cured cheeses with some intensity.
