Vinification
Made from Pinot Noir, 50% of our vineyards from the Eastern Base, 37% from our vineyards from Clouston and the rest from vineyards in Hua Nui, Pinnacles, Winery and Martins. Fermented with 5% whole bunches and most wild yeasts, before aging for 10 months in French oak, of which 25% are new.
Tasting Notes
Deep rubí, medium, lighter at the edges. Open and expressive on the nose, with a summer range of cherry, plum and sage, with complex notes of new car leather, butcher block and rose petals. Medium-bodied, silky and supple on the palate, fine-grained tannins shape the generous cherry fruit, woody and floral herbaceous notes blend with the smoky flavors of French oak, producing a memorable complexity.
