Tasting Notes
Fruity aroma with notes of red fruits and blackcurrant. Enveloping in a balance between refreshing acidity and smooth structure. Excellent as an aperitif and goes well with sushi, fish and salad. Salmon color.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in small boxes of 25 kg. Direct press with whole bunches, taking advantage only of the wort of the first squeezes.
Aging
Partial fermentation in new 500l French oak barrels (20%) and the rest in stainless steel vats. Ageing on lees for 5 months. Part (20%) aged in new French oak barrels (500l) for 5 months
