Vinification
Mechanized harvest, total destemming – beginning of fermentation on films for 2 days at a temperature of 22ºC, pressing and brandy of the must. Aged for 3 years in brown barrels.
Tasting Notes
Clear in appearance, amber colour, with an aroma of candied fruit such as orange, with notes of curry and dried fruits. On the palate it is enveloping and silky, with a balanced sweetness with a savory finish of roasting and caramel
