Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation of the varieties fermented together. Controlled temperature of 17ºC to preserve natural aromas. 30% of the batch fermented in used French oak. Aged for 10 months in vats and barrels before bottling. This wine has done partial malolactic fermentation.
Author’s Note
With this project I intend to study and express the full potential of the native Portuguese grape varieties. I look for genuine and soulful wines that unequivocally express the origin and interpretation I make of it.
Tasting Notes
Coming from a fresh and airy terroir, it is a wine that proves to be acidic, light, aromatic and evolutionary. Complex aromas with an expressive mouth. It gives clear signs that the bottle ageing will do wonders for you. Ideal to accompany the good moments of life. Marry him happily.
