Vinification
Grapes harvested in two stages of ripeness, spontaneous fermentations and separate stages. Batch made before bottling. 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel. Late bottling to enhance the independent evolution of the two batches.
Author’s Note
With this project I intend to study and express the full potential of the native Portuguese grape varieties. I look for genuine and soulful wines that unequivocally express the origin and interpretation I make of it.
Tasting Notes
Coming from a fresh and airy terroir, it is a wine that is acidic, light and with very present vegetal notes. Simple aroma, still quite closed but clean and pleasant with expressive mouth. It gives clear signs that the bottle ageing will do wonders for you.
