Tasting Notes
Bright citrus white. It has an excellent aromatic notation, showing a lot of freshness, with citrus notes, exotic fruits and white flowers. Good structure and body, it reveals an amazing acidity on its palate, showing itself to be very mineral, developing in the mouth a well-wrapped unctuousness with toasted, light and delicate notes.
Vinification
In stainless steel vat, at a controlled temperature of 14-16 oC. End of fermentation in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine is kept in used French oak barrels for 8 months in contact with the fine lees until bottling, in order to maintain its freshness and acquire complexity.
