Vinification
Using precision viticulture, we selected the best grapes of the year from the Touriga Nacional variety (100%). These originate from the vineyards of the highlands, which naturally give rise to productions of small quantities but with a high concentration. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months and aged in bottle for 10 months before marketing
Tasting Notes
Intense red color, floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth it reveals a fresh, balanced, unctuous Touriga, with soft but present tannins, with an excellent depth and persistent aftertaste. It should be consumed between 16ºC-18ºC
