Vinification
Total destemming, slight pressing followed by cold decanting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature 15-16ºC. 4 months stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Open and crystalline salmon colour, light vegetable and wild fruit. Refreshing in the mouth with very balanced acidity and dry finish. Pasta, seafood and Asian food. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
