Vinification
Total destemming, slight pressing followed by cold decanting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes
Open straw citrus colour, intense aroma of fresh fruit and notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and with a long finish. It goes well with seafood, fish and Asian food. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
