Vinification
Total destemming, prolonged tanning with temperature control between 26ºC-28ºC. Followed by long maceration. 1-year-old French oak barrels, for 12 months. In bottle at controlled temperatures, for 10 months, before being marketed.
Tasting Notes
Intense red color, on the nose floral aromas, fruity, menthol notes with characteristics of the grape varieties. In the balanced flavor, good relationship between acidity and depth, with retronasal aromas present. It should be consumed between 16ºC-18ºC.
