Vinification
The harvest took place from mid-September to mid-October, the grape varieties are vinified separately. Maturation is done in barrels of various origins and concrete. No allergenic or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Dark red wine with good body. Aromas of ripe fruit typical of the grape varieties.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
