Vinification
Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging in used French oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. No filtering or gluing.

Very aromatic, floral, notes of citrus, jasmine, melon and allega.
