Vinification
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature (16-18ºC), and for a period of 15 days. The wine benefited from a 5-month ageing in French Oak, using bâtonnage, 2 times a week.
Tasting Notes
With a citrus yellow colour, this wine presents itself with a striking freshness, well-integrated acidity and a unique minerality. The aroma is complex, the structure elegant and the combination of tropical fruit, floral and dried fruits, emerges harmoniously. It is recommended to consume it chilled, to accompany really memorable dishes, or simply alone.
