Tasting Notes
Red color with shades. Delicate aromas of nuttiness and notes of dried fruit and ripe plum. Excellent balance in the mouth. It reconciles age with freshness. Served slightly chilled, it’s perfect on its own, or paired with pecan pies and rich desserts.
Vinification
Harvest to 20 Kgs boxes and selection of the grapes before they go to the mills. Fermentation with maceration of the skins to extract the best constituents was done in the old granite mills with foot treading. Addition of brandy. Aged in oak casks and casks for 10 or more years.
