Vinification
Grapes harvested in mid-October at night. They fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in concrete. Maturation is done (30%) in French oak barrels and the rest (70%) in concrete vats for at least 12 months. No allergenic or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Intense aroma of black fruit and spices. Tasty and compact in the mouth, it finishes intense and persistent
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
