Tasting Notes
Ruby colour: closed. Elegant combination of ripe red fruits, black plums and balsamic notes. Subtly, notes of spices and some hints of vanilla emerge. Full but elegant. The feeling of freshness that the proximity of the sea gives it accompanies a long finish. It is captivating for its silky texture, with a rather persistent finish. Particularly nice to accompany a meal with a starter, meat dishes or even on its own, on any occasion.
