Tasting Notes
Slight pinkish. Notes of fresh red fruits (strawberries and raspberries) and a slight floral. Very fresh reflecting the good acidity it has, in an enveloping and smooth set. Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads, seafood or Asian food.
Vinification
Manual harvest and direct press with whole bunch. Fermentation was done in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees for 5 months.
