We passionately honor the soil, the altitude, the Andes and the Moon. Close to the sky, where condors fly freely, the sun, the air and the perfect soil give these wines depth, balance and elegance. This wine represents the perfect expression of altitude.
Vinification
Manual selection of berries. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, oscillating around 26 °C.
Aging
Ageing in French oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use (70% of the wine), for a period of 8 to 10 months, followed by storage in bottles for at least 6 months before launch.
Tasting Notes
Deep and dark violet in color. Wide floral aroma, especially violets, and red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries. It has soft tannins of great volume, giving it a long and refined finish.
