The Crémant d’Alsace owes much of its finesse and originality to the inimitable personality of each of the Alsatian grape varieties and to the privileged conditions of its vineyards: dry and sunny climate, exposure of the slopes to the rising sun and particular geological characteristics.
Notes
Visually, it presents a bright presence and a fine effervescence. On the nose, aromas of white flowers are expressed, as well as small fruity notes. The palate is harmonious, with fruity flavors like peach that explode in the taste buds. The structure is wide and vigorous, with an impression of freshness and liveliness at the end.
