Tasting Notes
With a good aromatic intensity, this wine shows youth and a good concentration of citrus, asparagus and slight tropical notes; Medium body with refreshing acidity and slight creaminess, smooth and final with the presence of good fruit and saline touch. Ideal to accompany any type of fish and seafood. Perfect combination with sushi and salads.
Vinification
Light pressing, cold decanting, alcoholic fermentation at 14 – 15 ºC, for 15 days. After this it was kept in batonnage on fine lees for 4 months.
