Tasting Notes
With a clear and shiny appearance, it has a citrus yellow color. In the aroma we have freshness and exoticism, registers of lime and lemon blossom in balance with notes of white fruit and a pleasant mineral sensation. In the mouth it is young and vibrant, following the profile of the nose, tropical notes of fresh pineapple that lead us to an almost sweet, fresh and persistent finish. For the table or the terrace, a very versatile company. Due to its character and elegance, this wine is an excellent aperitif and the perfect companion for fish, seafood or white meat dishes.
Vinification
Arriving at the winery, the grapes underwent a careful manual selection, were completely destemmed and crushed and after a short period of skin maceration, the must was transferred and static decantation took place. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures of about 15oC. After the normal period of ageing in the warehouse, it was batched, stabilized and bottled. It then rested in the bottle until the moment of its release.
