We do not ship your order until we confirm payment has been made.

When the payment is confirmed, your order is in process. You will receive an email notification informing you of this.

When the order is sent to the carrier and is thus in transit, your order is in a completed status. You will receive an email notification informing you of this.

Shipping Safety

Due to the fragility of most of our products (wine bottles), we know first-hand how important it is for shipments to be safe.

We only work with the best carriers, with experience in shipping wines and with a good record of careful and safe delivery of the order. On our part, we take extra care in the packaging of the order.

Over the past few years, we have had a success rate of over 95%. But, if for any reason the order does not arrive in good condition, please let us know immediately (e-mail, phone or message here on the website). Try to take photos so that we can expedite the claim process with the carrier and start the trade-in.

Product booking time after payment

The products in your order are reserved for 5 days after product confirmation.

If Garrafeira Tesouros de Baco does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be canceled.
